Rumah Anggrek is a modern urban house in South Jakarta, Indonesia. Located in a narrow street, Rumah Anggrek built with a design that will bring comfort as well as quality and to reduce both noise and pollution that came with the site location. Façade and multi-function openings with large void at the back of the house was designed to optimize the flow of air and sunlight into the house.
Adjusting the house concept that focuses on efficient spacing, a clean and minimalist design created to convey the concept of the house to potential buyers. Neutral colors chosen as the main color for the logo and layout, accented by a golden / brownish yellow taken from the color of bamboo.
